Return Policy


Due to their nature, our products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. 

In the event you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us via email at hello@covencandles.com including a photo of the damaged item within 14 days of delivery and we will coordinate complimentary replacement at our discretion. Please note items which are damaged by accident, negligence or through misuse will not be considered defective. Items owned longer than 14 days are not eligible for replacement.
